Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by EduMatchGH. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that EduMatchGH shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.

Certain features of our Services may require payment of fees. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• All fees are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Paystack)
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused services

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduMatchGH and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to EduMatchGH in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EduMatchGH and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Requests from law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will:
